What does pre-ordering do?
Pre-ordering reserves the FixBid app so it downloads automatically to your iPhone the moment we launch on Aug 30, 2026. You won't have to remember to come back and find it.
Am I charged anything to pre-order?
No. Pre-ordering is completely free and the app itself is free for customers. There's no charge to reserve it and no charge to use it — you only ever pay the shop you choose, at the price they quoted.
When does FixBid launch?
We go live on Aug 30, 2026. If you pre-order, the app installs itself that day and you'll get a notification.
Where is FixBid available?
We're starting in LA County, where every shop on the platform is licensed and verified, and expanding outward through 2026. You can pre-order from anywhere.
How are shops verified?
We manually review every shop before it can bid — checking the BAR license, EIN, and basic business legitimacy. Then real customer reviews do the rest.
