It depends on how many nearby shops are a fit for the job. You get a notification as each quote comes in, and nothing is committed until you accept one.
Where is FixBid available?
We're starting in LA County, where every shop on the platform is licensed and verified, and expanding outward. You can download the app from anywhere — if you're outside our area, tell us your zip and we'll let you know when we reach you.
How are shops verified?
We manually review every shop before it can bid — checking the BAR license, EIN, and basic business legitimacy. Then real customer reviews do the rest.
