Honest question. Here's the honest answer.
Shops pay a flat monthly membership. $99.99 for Standard (10-mile browse radius) or $199.99 for Premium (50-mile radius). That's the entire revenue model.
No per-job commission. What a shop quotes is what they keep. We don't take a cut of the repair price.
Customers always pay $0 to FixBid. Forever. No markup on quotes, no booking fees, no “processing” charges.
60-day notice on price changes. If we ever raise membership prices, current shops get 60 days written notice before it takes effect.
