Acceptance of Terms
By using FixBid, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
For Customers
FixBid connects you with independent repair shops. We are not a party to any repair agreement between you and a shop. You are responsible for verifying a shop's credentials and ensuring the work meets your expectations.
For Shops
Shops must provide accurate information, maintain valid business licenses, and honor accepted quotes. Misleading quotes or fraudulent behavior will result in account termination.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use FixBid for any unlawful purpose, post false information, attempt to circumvent the platform (e.g., taking transactions off-platform), or interfere with other users.
Limitation of Liability
FixBid is provided “as is.” We are not liable for the quality of repairs, disputes between customers and shops, or any indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
